BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (KODE BDM)
Qualification
- Man / Woman
- Age 30 – 40 years old
Responsibility :
- Carry out the preparation of business development strategies.
- Conducting research on competitor activities and trends in market needs.
- Carry out an evaluation of the company’s business development strategy that has been running.
- Prepare regular reports to the leadership.
Skill Required
- Graduated D3/S1 education from various programs from universities
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the position of Business Development Manager, especially in distribution companies.
- Have mature leadership skills, have good communication skills, and are dynamic.
- Have a strong ability to do planning, problem solving, and decision making.
MARKETING MANAGER (KODE : MM)
Job Descriptions :
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Ensure strong industry, stakeholder, and customer engagement
- Control budget and maximize expense
- Create marketing plan for several subsidiaries to ensure strong marketing awareness
Requirements :
- Leadership role in large complex companies
- High financial, business case and planning capabilities
- Proven success in the development and execution of both core marketing and product expansion strategies
- Leadership of a significant marketing function in goverment project or non goverment.
- Functional capability to oversee and integrate an already strong marketing function in a manner that fully aligns sales and marketing execution
Qualifications :

- Age 30 – 40 years old
- Education : min. Bachelor Degree in all majors (preferably majors in the appropriate field)
- Preferably with experience in the field min 4 years
- Have a leadership spirit
- Have knowledge about analyzing event planning & promotion
- Have good relations, can work under pressure, learn quickly, be responsible, adapt easily, understand the organization
- Have good computer, presentation, communication and English skills
- Able to plan activities and carry out marketing plans
- Able to plan and create annual marketing budget
- Able to maintain relationships with customers
- Able to update and maintain database, both online and offline
- Able to organize promotional events
- Willing to be placed in Depok head office.
